We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, with all funds forfeited.
You are a resident of Indonesia or are physically located within Indonesian territory when accessing our services. You acknowledge that online gambling laws vary by jurisdiction, and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of iosbet complies with all applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations in your area of residence.
You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You are not under any legal disability, court order, or voluntary exclusion that would prevent you from gambling.
You are registering an account for your own personal use only, and not on behalf of any third party. You will not allow any other person to access or use your account credentials.
You are not bankrupt, under administration, or facing insolvency proceedings. You have sufficient funds to cover your gambling activities without causing financial hardship to yourself or your dependents.
If you are found to have violated any of these eligibility requirements, iosbet reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account, void any pending bets or wagers, and confiscate any funds in your account balance. No refunds or compensation will be provided in cases of eligibility violations.
To use iosbet services, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You may only register one account per person. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual will result in all accounts being closed and any funds forfeited.
As part of our commitment to security and regulatory compliance, iosbet requires all users to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer or KYC) procedures. You must provide valid government-issued identification documents such as a KTP (Indonesian Identity Card), passport, or driver's license. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of account registration may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to immediately notify iosbet customer support if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. iosbet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain credential security.
You must keep your account information current and accurate at all times. If your contact details, residential address, or banking information changes, you must update your account profile immediately. iosbet reserves the right to suspend accounts with outdated or inaccurate information until verification is completed.
We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security. Once enabled, you will need to provide both your password and a one-time code sent to your registered mobile device to log in. This additional layer significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access.
iosbet accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, and BSI, as well as e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method: Rp 50.000 for bank transfers and Rp 25.000 for e-wallets.
You confirm that all funds deposited into your iosbet account originate from legitimate sources and are your own property. You must not deposit funds obtained through illegal activities, money laundering, or any fraudulent means. iosbet reserves the right to investigate the source of deposits and request supporting documentation at any time.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5-15 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (Monday through Friday, 08:00 to 16:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside these hours will be processed on the next business day. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 for bank transfers and Rp 50.000 for e-wallets. Withdrawals can only be made to accounts registered in your name that have been verified during the KYC process.
Before processing your first withdrawal, you must complete full identity verification and wager your initial deposit at least once on qualifying bets. This anti-money laundering measure ensures the platform is not used solely for fund transfers. If you have active bonus funds in your account, you must meet all wagering requirements before withdrawing or forfeit the bonus amount.
iosbet does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control. Currency conversion fees do not apply since all transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts with remaining balances may be subject to an administrative fee of Rp 50.000 per month until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated. You will receive email notification before dormancy fees are applied.
Bonuses and promotions offered by iosbet are available only to eligible users who meet the specified criteria for each offer. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion repeatedly or engaging in betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, is strictly prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement (typically 15x to 30x the bonus amount) will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Wagers must be placed on qualifying bets that meet minimum odds requirements (usually 1.50 or higher for sports betting). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute 10-20% or be excluded entirely.
Bonuses and free bets have expiration dates, typically ranging from 7 to 30 days from the date of issuance. You must meet all wagering requirements before the expiration date, or the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. Time-limited promotions cannot be extended or reissued once expired.
When playing with active bonus funds, maximum bet limits apply. The standard maximum bet while a bonus is active is Rp 50.000 per wager. Exceeding the maximum bet limit may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings. Always check the specific terms of each promotion for applicable limits.
Once you have met all wagering requirements, bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. However, some promotions may have maximum withdrawal caps on bonus winnings (for example, a maximum of Rp 5.000.000 in withdrawable winnings from a free bonus). Any amount exceeding the cap will be removed from your account balance.
All bets placed on iosbet are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your selections before placing a bet. We do not allow cancellation or modification of bets after confirmation, except in cases of obvious technical error or market suspension by the platform.
Sports bets are settled based on the official result at the conclusion of the event. If an event is abandoned, postponed, or canceled, bets will typically be voided and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours. Live casino and slot game results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) and are final once the round is completed.
iosbet reserves the right to set maximum bet limits on any market at any time without prior notice. These limits vary by sport, event, market type, and user betting patterns. High-stakes players may have different limits than recreational users. If your bet exceeds the maximum allowed, it will be rejected and you must resubmit with a lower stake.
In the event of an obvious error in odds, results, or bet settlement (such as incorrect scores, inverted odds, or technical glitches), iosbet reserves the right to void affected bets and correct the error. You will be notified of any voided bets, and stakes will be returned to your account. We use best efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee error-free service.
The following practices are strictly prohibited: arbitrage betting (exploiting odds discrepancies across different platforms), syndicate betting (coordinated betting by multiple related accounts), use of automated bots or software, exploitation of technical glitches or errors, and insider information betting (placing bets based on non-public information). Violation of these rules may result in bet voidance, account suspension, and confiscation of funds.
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using iosbet services:
Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension or termination, voiding of pending bets, and confiscation of account balances. iosbet may also report illegal activities to relevant authorities.
iosbet strives to provide uninterrupted service but does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, scheduled maintenance, server downtime, network failures, or force majeure events beyond our control (including natural disasters, power outages, cyberattacks, or government actions).
Our platform may include games, content, or services provided by third-party suppliers. While we work with reputable partners, iosbet does not guarantee the accuracy, functionality, or fairness of third-party content. Any disputes related to third-party games should be directed to the respective provider.
The iosbet platform and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.
In no event shall iosbet be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. iosbet is not responsible for gambling losses, poor betting decisions, or negative financial consequences resulting from your use of our services. You are solely responsible for managing your bankroll and gambling within your means.
You may close your iosbet account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance from your account. Once closed, you will not be able to access historical betting records or reactivate the account without approval from our compliance team.
iosbet reserves the right to suspend your account temporarily for investigation if we suspect any violation of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or suspicious betting patterns. During suspension, you will not be able to place bets or withdraw funds until the investigation is complete.
We reserve the right to permanently terminate your account without prior notice if you: (a) violate these Terms & Conditions; (b) engage in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive behavior; (c) fail to complete identity verification; (d) provide false or misleading information; or (e) are found to be under the minimum age requirement. Upon termination, any pending bets will be voided and account balances may be forfeited.
If you believe you have a gambling problem, you may request self-exclusion from iosbet services for a specified period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Indonesian law. By using iosbet services, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Indonesian courts for any disputes arising from your use of the platform.
In the event of a dispute between you and iosbet, you agree to first attempt resolution through our customer support channels. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal complaint in writing to our compliance department.
If informal dispute resolution is unsuccessful, both parties agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration rather than litigation. Arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator in accordance with Indonesian arbitration procedures. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding on both parties.
You agree to resolve disputes with iosbet on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against iosbet.
